Who do we work with? We work with Local investors who need funding to complete investment deals.
Which locations do we fund? We are located in the Eastern Panhandle of WV, Central Maryland, Northwestern Virginia, and South Central Pennsylvania. This is not to say that we would not consider funding outside of these areas but these are areas the we feel we can provide the most value.
What types of projects do we fund? Fix and Flips, single-family rental rehabs, and small multi-family projects either to flip or hold. We do NOT lend on residential owner-occupied properties.

Maybe it’s your first deal and you are unsure of the path forward but the deal makes sense.
