Real Estate Agents! Get paid 3 times!

My name is Bill Kenny I’m a local agent and investor here in the I-81 corridor, we buy, sell, fix & flip homes here in Maryland, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Virginia. Some of the best deals we’ve ever done have been the relationships that we’ve made with other agents and so that’s the reason for this video… What we’re doing now with agents that bring us a deal is if you have a distressed home seller or you have a seller that needs to sell quickly we will pay you the agent both sides of their commission and then when we finish the home and make it pretty again and then list it and sell it, we will pay a referral on the back end of that sale.. the second sale so there are three ways to get paid if you bring us a deal.
